Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLOMBIA and UNITED STATES’ MILITARY BASES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be registered on www.company81.com (the “Web site”). The promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and United States’ Military Bases, who are licensed drivers and of full legal age in the jurisdiction in which they live at the time of entry. Employees of Company 81, LLC, Oved Apparel Corp. and its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Sponsor”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Promotion, which consists of one (1) giveaway, begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), June 25, 2008 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET, October 31, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").
4. How to Enter:
a. During the Promotion Period, go to http://www.company81.com. Click on the Register link that will prompt the sign in form. Fill out the registration form to submit your entry (the “Entry”). You will automatically be entered to win (“Entrant”). Sponsor will select one winner from all Entries received during the Promotion Period. The grand prizewinner will receive a two year lease for a 2008 JEEP® Wrangler®. Each Entrant may enter as often as they like. Grand prizewinner will be notified by mail, email or phone, on or before November 30, 2008.
b. Alternate Method of Entry: If you wish to submit an Entry for the Promotion without registering as set forth above, please send a letter or post card with your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

For All Entries: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or identity of Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRANTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
6. Promotion Selection: All selected winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Winner is further obligated by all terms and conditions of the prepaid lease, which can be viewed here. The complete lease terms are herby incorporated into the Official Rules. For One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all Entries and the selection of winners is final and binding. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Prize Winners may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release within the required time period, or a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain unawarded.
No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees, registration, titling, documentation, insurance, any applicable pick-up ore delivery costs and other transfer expenses (collectively, "Taxes") associated with prize receipt.
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information, including hometown and state, for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this or any other Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Release: By entering this Promotion, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Company 81, LLC, Oved Apparel Corp. and all of its divisions, promotional partners, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively "Released Parties") from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
10. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to Entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize awarded.
11. Indemnification: By submitting your Entry or Entries, you represent that the entry is your own. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside and will hold the Released Parties harmless from any liability arising from your participation in the Promotion.
12. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Southern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York County, New York; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
13. Non-Endorsement: The use of any non-Sponsor trademark, service marks, logos or other marks in connection with the Promotion or any prize is not meant by Sponsor to imply the endorsement of the respective owner(s) of such marks, or any affiliation of the respective owner(s) of such marks with the Sponsor Web site or the Promotion.
14. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located on the Company 81 Web Site.

Key Lease Term Summary
2008 Jeep® Wrangler®:
The prize, provided by JM Leasing, will consist of a 2 year/24 month prepaid lease on a 2008 Jeep® Wrangler®. The value of this prize is approximately $8856.00. The value of the vehicle (MSRP) is approximately $24,305. The lease will be provided through Chrysler Financial Services and will include 10,500 miles. Any excess miles will be the responsibility of the winner at $0.25 per mile. Winner will be responsible for any excess wear and tear. Promotion winner is required, among other things, to maintain insurance as required by law (paid in advance annually is required by lessor). Winner is obligated by all terms and conditions of the prepaid lease and is subject to approval by Chrysler Financial Services. All standard Chrysler Financial Services lease terms shall apply.
